Zen is a meditation timer for iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV, and Apple Vision Pro. Your practice is yours.
Data stored on your device
App settings (timer preferences, optional features) are stored locally on your device.
Zen does not require an account or login.
Optional services
iCloud — if you are signed into iCloud, settings may sync via Apple CloudKit to your other devices signed into the same Apple ID.
Apple Health — on supported platforms, if you enable logging, Zen writes the meditation data you authorize to Apple Health.
What we do not do
- No advertising or cross-app tracking
- No sale of personal data
- No third-party analytics SDKs
