Warmth — Full
This is Warmth. For about a minute, you offer yourself one kind line — sincere, not sugary. Then you feel it briefly. That is all.
[Pause 3s]
Make yourself comfortable — sitting, standing, whatever works right now. Eyes closed is best, if that feels easy.
[Pause 3s]
What this offers is a softer tone toward yourself, when the inner voice is sharp. Not fake cheer. Just one kinder sentence.
[Pause 3s]
Longer compassion practices exist. This is a short mid-day cut of that family — one kind line, about a minute.
[Pause 3s]
A clear note. This is not therapy, and it is not medical advice. Warmth is not forced positivity. If something feels too heavy, please reach out to someone who can help.
[Pause 3s]
You can keep time with a Breath Loop if you like — finger-counting, about a minute. Optional. The guidance will hold the pace too.
[Pause 3s]
Here is the method.
[Pause 3s]
If you like, rest a hand on the chest, or the belly. Or leave the hands as they are. Offer yourself one kind line. A simple default is: May I be kind to myself in this moment. Or use your own plain words, if they feel more true. Say it softly. Then feel whatever is there — a little warmth, or just the intention. Both are fine. Awkward is fine. Say the line once more, softly. Then stop. Carry nothing forced.
[Pause 4s]
Alright — we start now. Feel free to follow along.

[Pause 5s]
Let that settle. Nothing to force.
[Pause 4s]
You can leave it here. Nothing forced to carry.
[Pause 3s]
And that is your minute with warmth.
A few times with the guidance — then try one kind line on your own.
Thank you for this warmth.
