Warmth — Compact

Welcome. This is Warmth — one kind line toward yourself for about a minute.

[Pause 2s]

Make yourself comfortable — sitting, standing, whatever works. Eyes closed is best, if that feels easy. If you like, rest a hand on the chest, or the belly.

[Pause 3s]

Offer yourself one kind line. May I be kind to myself in this moment. Or your own plain words, if they feel more true.

[Pause 5s]

Feel whatever is there. A little warmth, or just the intention. Both are fine. Awkward is fine.

[Pause 5s]

Say the line once more, softly.

[Pause 5s]

Let that settle. Nothing to force.

[Pause 4s]

You can leave it here. Nothing forced to carry.

[Pause 3s]

Alright — that is your minute with warmth.

Try this guided a couple of times, then offer yourself one kind line alone.

Thank you for offering warmth.
