Triple — Full

This is Triple. For about three minutes, you stack three short practices you may already know. First Arrival — a soft landing. Then Breath — one place, in and out. Then Warmth — one kind line for yourself. Three steps. One quiet arc.

[Pause 3s]

Make yourself comfortable — sitting, standing, wherever you are. Eyes can close for Breath and Warmth if that feels easy. For Arrival, a soft gaze works too. Follow what feels natural.

[Pause 3s]

What this offers is a longer reset without learning anything new. You already have the pieces. Now you put them in a row.

[Pause 3s]

This is a simple stack of three attention habits. Arrival, Breath, and Warmth. It is not the same as Hourglass — Hourglass is wide check-in, then breath, then whole body. Here the third step is kindness, not body scan.

[Pause 3s]

A short disclaimer. This is a small practice for daily life. It is not therapy, and it is not medical advice. If you need deeper support, please reach out to someone who can help.

[Pause 3s]

Three Breath Loops can hold the time if you like — about a minute on each step. Optional. The guidance will pace you.

[Pause 3s]

Here is how it works.

[Pause 3s]

Step one — Arrival. Soften a little. Feel where you are. Contact with the seat or the feet. Let the day wait. Step two — Breath. One place. In-breath. Out-breath. When the mind wanders, return. Step three — Warmth. One kind line, silent or soft. May I be kind to myself in this moment. Let it land. Then you can leave it.

[Pause 4s]

Get ready. We start now. Stay with me.

[Pause 2s]

Arrival. Soften a little. Jaw. Shoulders. Hands.

[Pause 8s]

Feel where you are. The seat. Or the feet on the floor.

[Pause 12s]

Let the day wait for one quiet minute. You are here.

[Pause 25s]

Now Breath. Pick one place — nostrils, chest, or belly.

[Pause 6s]

Breathe naturally. On the in-breath, feel. On the out-breath, feel.

[Pause 20s]

Again. In. Feel. Out. Feel. If the mind wanders, come back.

[Pause 22s]

Now Warmth. One kind line. Silent or soft.

[Pause 4s]

May I be kind to myself in this moment.

[Pause 12s]

Say it again, inside. Let it land.

[Pause 20s]

Rest with that warmth for a few more breaths.

[Pause 16s]

Alright — that is your Triple.

Try this stack a few times with the recording. Then you can run Arrival, Breath, and Warmth on your own in a row.

Thank you for this Triple.
